Shipping policy
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING WORLDWIDE. Your artwork will be carefully packaged, and all postage deliveries are tracked.
How long with my order take?
Original paintings are shipped in approximately 3 business days.
All fine art prints are ‘made to order’ and custom printed on demand, therefore, please allow time for the order to be processed, printed and packaged. It will generally take 4-7 business days for us to post your package. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is on the way.
You will be able to check the status of your delivery using the tracking details. Please note that shipping times are approximate guidelines only.
Depending on your location, please allow between 15-45 days for your order to arrive. If more than 45 days have passed, please email me at info@tidalemberart.com to review the status of your order.
Tracking & Shipping Details
Order confirmation, invoice and tracking details are all sent to you by email. If you cannot find a shipping confirmation for a recent order, please check your spam folder and then send us an at info@tidalemberart.com and we will follow this up for you.
International Orders
We offer worldwide shipping; Shipping costs and handling times will vary by location. International orders may also be subject to additional duties and taxes. Please be aware that these fees are not included in the prices listed on our website, nor are we responsible for covering them.
