Refund policy
At Tidal Ember Art, we strive to provide you with high-quality original art and fine art prints. We understand that there might be instances where you need to return an item, and we're here to assist you through the process. Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy carefully to understand how returns are managed.
1. Returns Process: Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@tidalemberart.com within 14 days of receiving your order (or attempted delivery).
- Provide the following information in your email:
- Reason for wanting to return the item.
- Invoice number for the purchase.
- Delivery address associated with the order.
2. Change of Mind Returns: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for items due to change of mind or personal preference.
3. Damaged Items: Please inspect the item upon receipt and contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged. Your parcel is insured against damage and if the prints arrive damaged, send us a photo and the order number and we will quickly get them replaced. Email: info@tidalemberart.com
4. Return Acceptance and Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send the package. Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any further damage during return shipping. Please note that we cannot accept returns that were not requested in advance.
5. Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within ten (10) business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. Late Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since you received confirmation of your approved return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@tidalember.com. We will investigate the matter and provide you with an update.
Please note that this Returns and Refunds Policy is in addition to our general Shipping Policy and Terms of Service. By shopping with Tidal Ember Art, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this policy.
